1. Who we are

2. Data we process on this site

Contact form: name, organization, email and the message you write. We use it only to answer your enquiry.

Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records aggregated usage of the site. If you reject them, it is not loaded.

3. Data we process when providing our services

We build and operate software for other organizations (our clients), including integrations with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. In that case we process data of the people who communicate with our clients —for example phone number, profile name, message content and attachments— on behalf of and following the instructions of each client, who is the controller of that data.

We use that data only to provide the contracted service: receiving and answering messages, managing the client's appointments or processes, and keeping the system secure and running. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising and we do not combine it across clients.

Each client's data is kept separate from the others', and only the people who need it to provide the service can access it.

4. Who we share data with

Only with the providers needed to deliver the service: Meta (to send and receive WhatsApp messages), infrastructure and hosting providers, the service that delivers contact-form messages, Google Analytics (only with your consent) and, when the service includes it, artificial intelligence providers that process messages to generate replies. Each one processes data under its own terms.

We may also disclose data when a competent authority requires it under the law.

5. How long we keep it

Contact-form messages, for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and for reasonable commercial follow-up. Data processed for clients, for as long as each client instructs or the service requires; when the relationship with a client ends, it is deleted or returned to the client.

6. Your rights and how to request deletion

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to ricardo.diaz@ntropix.dev. If we process your data on behalf of a client (for example, because you wrote to the WhatsApp of a business that uses our software), you can contact that business or us, and we will coordinate the response with it.

We answer within a reasonable time and confirm when deletion has been completed.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encrypted connections, access control, separate credentials per environment and backups. No system is infallible; if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will notify whoever is appropriate.

8. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
